A $300.00 deposit is required to secure a firm hunting or lodge reservation date. Balance of lodging fees will be due upon arrival at Ranch and all game fees for harvested animals must be paid in full prior to departure. Acceptable forms of payment include cash, cashiers check, traveler's checks or money order. No personal checks accepted at ranch for balance payments. Personal or company checks will only be accepted if received 10 days prior to requested hunt dates to secure hunting date reservation. We cannot accept credit cards. Hunters are strongly urged to bring extra acceptable funds with them to be able to pay for additional animals. Come prepared! All guests and hunters must complete a liability release immediately upon arriving at the Ranch and before hunting holding the Ranch and its employees harmless and agreeing to Ranch rules and policies. All hunters must possess a current Texas Hunting License as well as valid identification. All hunters and guests must be U.S. citizens or in country legally. All hunters and guests must be in good health. All persons entering the Ranch who are deemed by the ranch manager to be potentially contagious with any flu symptoms or other virus symptoms will not be allowed to remain on ranch. Such persons will have the opportunity to reschedule their hunts on the next open dates. No alcohol will be provided by the ranch. However you may bring your own alcohol for consumption after all hunts have been concluded at the end of each day and all firearms have been unloaded and safely stored. All hunts begin at noon on the first day and end at noon on the third or fourth day unless prior arrangements are made. Once the first shot is taken on your game, it is considered and counted as a kill whether or not the animal is found or gets away. No replacement animals will be allowed without an additional fee paid in advance. Positively no smoking allowed inside any building or hunting blind or in the field at any time. Smoking is allowed adjacent to the lodge on the patio/seating area. Positively no pets allowed on the Ranch at any time. Positively no loud, obnoxious, or abusive language will be tolerated on the Ranch at any time for any reason. No firearms target practice on the Ranch at any time unless pre-approved by the ranch manager. All shots fired will be considered as game shot at and taken. All rules and policies will be enforced and administered at the sole discretion of the ranch manager. Failure to abide fully with any ranch rules or policies will be sufficient reason for hunt cancellation without refund. CANCELLATION POLICY Should you experience extreme inclement weather during your hunt dates, or experience direct or indirect health related issues leading to the cancellation of your scheduled hunt, you will be allowed to reschedule during the same season or next available open days. All hunts that are canceled because of inclement weather by the ranch manager will be relayed to you at the earliest possible opportunity and you will be given the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund. No other refunds will be given for any other reasons.
